@BloodyHellDevil I don't think so. In this video it shows the Lithuanian forces speaking English with an accent. I don't know if you can change the language settings for the game, but playing it in English, none of the factions actually SPEAK their own language aside from maybe peppering a few words in between the English dialogue, but it's still mostly just English with an accent.

@TheGator2000 Get back to school and read some history, troll. In that ages lithuania was far stronger, before teutonic order came, whole russia feared of us. We even won a few battles vs mongols and some of them joined our side (tartars) . The reason why Lithuania and poland once united is that we had military power, but we didn't had a lot of important technology from the west.

There are just to countries and languages in the world, who speaks in languages from the baltic root: it's latvians (Latvia) and us, lithuanians (Lithuania). Latvians are our real blooded brothers and lot's of words souds and writes similarly.

well im a 1/4 lithuanian and germans held Lithuania down during ww2 so, kick some holy german ass!! nice you held them down with your infantry and moved in with balistas and arrowfire, to pepper them, i might have set arrows on fire, less accurate, but enemies break a little easier. pretty damn good

If anyone insterested, i would like to correct some things here.

Giltine - means grim ripper and lithuanians have never warshiped him, atleast not openly, it was more like a character to scare noughty children.

Perkunas - supreme god of all lithuanian Paneon.

Dievas - means God. Lithuanians started to warship him AFTER chistianity and NOT before.

And the accent picked here souds kinda russian.

For one out of 2 main nations on this campaing, they could have worked more on Lithuanians.

Looked like a awesome game. Good tactics on those archers btw it is what saved ya....I like the Teucs better just cause their disipline but the smart thing to do would have been to rush your missle troops and then turn back on the flanks of the others beleive me the America's campaign taught me that 350 Spain (me) against 1840 Aztecs...got a little messy

Radeon 4800. Anyone of them. Best bang for buck version I feel is the the 4850 through people do say the the 4830 is good. But its 2-3 frames per second slower. That is really critical on newer games if thats on the 25 frames per second limit it is the difference between playable and unplayble

It´s pagan. Btw. people of Baltic sea were very last in Europe to accept Christianity and abolish their culture and customs.

Those guys defended against crusaders for nearly 5 centuries before being finally wiped out.

dude i ma form lithuania and really we werent just wiped out in the last big battle ltu and polland fought well and won it was battle of tannenberg. It was great battle and ltu king Vytautas was commanding all ltu and pollish army. In medival 2 total war is that battle but its stupped ltu was in right flank and polland in left. Were was much bigger army then few cavalary archers.

(I am lithuanian too) In the battle of Tannenberg there was a lot of lithuanians and russians from lands of medieval Lithuania ( in some books is written that the bravest soldiers was men from Smolensk. IMHO this was written because of Vytautas tactics, he "flew" from battle and when the teutonics believe he was escaping Vytautas' armies strike into unprpered forces of Teutonic. (Sorry for grammer mistakes)

I think That Perkunas Followers are strong shock troops but they cant stand a chance for a long time against Ritterbruder. I think that

some Giltine chosen and samogitian axeman should do the trick to hold the line until you can flank them.

Very nice battle by the way and I will you that strategy someday.

I had a battle like that once.

My general was assainated, then the army he commanded was attack from three armys.

my captain died in the initial charge. and my battle line broke. My right flank fell ontop of my routing left flank and killed the enemy's secondary general, and then my captains old cavalary unit, attacked the generla of the attack and killed him. Then the rest fled while we capped a third general.

Around 4000 men between both sides lost their lives.
