so that's probably not good for a puppies teeth for the same reason they say you shouldn't play tug of war too roughly with a puppy. which is probably why you see him stop and lay down or sit for a bit after each tug. he's waiting for the pain in his teeth to subside. other than that, it looks like a fun time
