Having Issues with my PS3 headset too. I can hear myself when in Accessories settings so i know its paired but as soon as i go into a game Medal of honour i cant hear anything through it it all runs through my TV, Is there a setting i have to change so the Audio of the game will come through my head set instead of my TV.

Im running it with a HD cable not the Red,white,yellow crap.

@xVerseful read the instruction manual that comes with your Bluetooth headset. Once you put it on discover mode or whatever mode it is called, have the PS3 scan for it. Once it picks up your headset, you can configure it to pick up your voice and even output sounds to it for private chat.
