How long do you perform this meditation? Visualising something is hard to maintain- I guess one can improve with practise? Anyway, I feel your example has a good joyous energy within it.

I am sorry it took me so long to respond!

You practice it for as long as you like. I would say to start with about 5-10 minutes is good. Feel what works for you. You can increase the time if you like.

You may go "in and out" of visualization - just gently bring your focus back to the visualization and continue.
