  • DIPSET EAGLES BABY !!!!!!! BYRDGANG !!!!

  • b-west da man

  • 1 dislike WTF it must have been a cowgirls fan!!!!

  • I seriously hate how underrated this guy is. BWest deserves so much more for what he accomplished on the football field

  • This is my opinion, Westbrook is like a fusion of Barry Sanders and Emmitt Smith!

  • If only we would have had westbrook's prime years from 2005-2007 during our 2001-2003 NFC championships runs we would have had many more superbowl appearences and likely a few titles.

  • the bird calls made this 100x more interesting

  • most unselfish unappropriated greatest all purpose back in the nfl

  • good hands, great acceleration, deceptively shifty, and a smashing stiff arm make B-West a great player ... but perhaps his most underappreciated asset is his mind. This guy understands the game of football from top to bottom and that makes him the baller that he is ...

  • @jlcontarino YOU ARE 100% CORRECT - THE MOST INTELLIGENT FOOTBALL PLAYER I'VE EVER SEEN. I'VE SAID THAT SINCE I'VE SEEN HIM PLAY. IT PISSES ME OFF HOW THE ANNOUNCERS NEVER SAY ANYTHING ABOUT HIS FOOTBALL INTELLIGENCE. AS GREAT AS HE IS ATHLETICALLY, HE'S EVEN GREATER INTELLECTUALLY AND SHOULD BE A FRONT OFFICE GUY SOMEWHERE IN THE NFL.

  • @bangitslo yes, intelligence is a good word for B-West and I think he's also a humble player, which is another admirable quality, especially with the skills he has. I agree with you and wouldn't be surprised if he ends up becoming a front office guy or coach at some level. he may have a few good seasons left in him yet, though.

  • most underrated and selfless running back

  • the only rb i no that doesnt care about statistics like cj and ap

......the only that wants to help his team win more then anything

  • i think he has the best techniques but probably not the strongest :)

    he's still the BEST

  • like honasty he the best RB PERIOD! he makes me sick

  • Comment removed

  • .Its not entirely that he is fragile... The likes of great backs retired before they let the wear and tear take a toll on their bodies Barry Sanders Bo Jackson and Tiki Barber.. Brian Westbrook had 6 great productive seasons in the NFL and now he is over 30 and its time to step aside and let the young guns ( mccoy jackson maclin celek) take over and fly high.... Thanks for the memories B West

  • It's shame thats he's fragile, he's real good but he gets hurt easily!

  • bad ass broken tackle 0:46

  • nastiest studder step at 0:16

  • It really pisses me off how the eagles are pissing his career away by passing the ball 90% of the time. I mean last week against the shity ass bucs he only had 6 attempts? Are you kidding me? A player like him only touches the ball that many times?! It makes me sick...

  • I Agree withyou skysummers71

  • best part about westbrook is he is the classiest player in the nfl...do you ever see his name in the headlines other than him scoring touchdowns and leading the nfl in all purpose yards?

  • Westbrook is not a north-south runner at all. While he's not the best pure running back, he's the best all around as far as running, catching, blocking, etc. I always compare him to how Marshall Faulk played, as a RB but can beat you so many ways. Adrian Peterson and some others might be better RB's but they can't do the things that Westbrook does.

  • no running back blocks, runs, or receives better then him no doubt... B-Westbrook is the best back.

  • @janderson2331 ikr i wish he was more healthy

  • 2:50 he did the heisman! ooooooooo

  • dat aint no dang heisman

  • Notice how Brian Westbrook always runs AWAY from defenders to try and get outside and out of bounds instead of running up the middle to try and score touchdowns? What an act of cowardism on the part of Westbrook.

  • i noticed that, but i feel that he knows he cant do anything else and he avoids the punishment and the risk of fumbling.

  • watch the games dude. westbrook has no problem pounding the ball up the middle. he's just better in the open field

  • Wat r u talkin about westbrook iz a good runner the reason they dont send him up tha middle because he`s not a big running back but he can be used in other ways

  • awesome player

    always making plays

  • B-West nahhhh B-East nuff said "the living legend"

  • Charger fans r the biggest faggots on this damn planet. They think LT is the best running back in the NFL. All of us Eagle fans know the Brian Westbrook is the best running back in the NFL and not LT. Westbrook is not only faster, stronger, and more agile, but doesn't get injured as much as LT and Westbrook is the best runner of the HB screen in the NFL and he is an excellent punt retuner.

  • i lve west brook and he is truly a great back, but he flourishes from being in a pass happy offense where teams tend to be softer against the to play for the pass......while westbrook is heavily game planned for, it is for his versatily and explosiveness, not to stop the running game...he very rarely see's a stacked box, he has more room to run than the peterson and LT's of the league....i love Westbrook though, but both those guys are better

  • I agree wit u westbrook iz a great running back

  • Mr. Agile

  • 2:28-2:37 omg that was soooo sick

  • was at the game with the 82 yard punt return... Still my favorite game ive ever been too

  • sick video man

  • He is a monster

  • haha you see westbrook shake lynch if he stays healthy and the eagles start to run the ball we got a chance to do something this year

  • the eagles will always be a pass first run second team. and as long as it stays that way, westbrook, as good as he is, will never be at his best potential.

  • True but if Andy Reid doesn`t call the plays we will see more of westbrook running the ball

  • we did look better with Marty calling the shots

  • If Westbrook stays healthy with our new and improved O-line this season I will say playoffs and hope Superbowl. It's just everybody must step their game up as a team if they really want it. Westbrook can't do everything out there. Let's see what Andy does this season.

  • westbrook is a mo fo beast man i respect him more then any other player on the eagles or the nfl...he's amazing at evrything...running, catching, blocking, man what cant this guy do?

  • westbrook is very good, hes probably more valuable to his team than any other player in the nfl, but what about the tight ends and the receivers, can they step up and make plays befor mcnab gets to old. i dont have anything against the eagles i just hate the way andy reid runs the team

  • agreed, he do everything for us

  • its a shame westbrook cant be more healthy, and the fact that he aint in a running ofense. westbrook would killing the rushing records like LT. 36 is a pure beast!!

  • as long as andy reid doesnt put good receivers around his qb, the eagles will never win a superbowl

  • ok bro wtf u talk shit an awful lot and y? i think u have nothing better to do but start shit...and if u dont know what the hell ur talking about it makes it that much worse...we have good recievers the only thing thats holding us back is the youth of our team...all the star recievers are young but give em like 2 yrs we're gunna win the sb in the next couple years u watch

  • Westbrook is better then payton. Payton only has more yards cause he touches the ball about 6 times as much as brian does. Within the next two years, brian will catch and rape walter in every recieving category. He'll never catch him rushing though, 7 years into his career hes only got 1247 touches. 7 years into walters career he had 2204 touches. I hope reid gets fired so we can actually give the ball to westy. Reid sucks and i hate him. Hire me as head coach

  • we can't overuse westbrook u idiot, he tore his acl in high school and that causes a lot of pain for him. if that never happened than westbrook would probably b the undisputed mvp and future hofer

  • yes i agree with you but hes in the west coast offense for a reason. westbrook can only be used sparingly. i believe he is a more effective pass reciever than a running back. he is a future HOF and if hes not elected i will shoot every one of the fuckers who didnt vote. he turned that team around 180 degrees. you cant compare him to payton though. they are two very different backs and are different in size. westbrook is most effective at 12-18 touches a game. when he goes 20+ he isnt as good

  • Wow, you are young and stupid aren't you. Payton is one of the TOP 5 greatest football players of all time. He played on horrible teams for 80% of his career. There is not ONE serious student of the game or TV/ Newspaper analyst who will ever say that Westbrook is better than Payton. Also if you think stats are the only thing that equate to greatness then you know less than I thought.

  • Now you sir, are an idiot. Did you even see payton play ever? he was no where near as multi dimensional or explosive as westbrook. Westy can do everything- He has a higher YPC, has done more recieving, is a FAR better blocker and plays behind a worse o-line. People like payton because he was what carried the bears offence. Westbrook would do that for philly, but he plays a different style ball game, and fat shit reid cant call plays

  • Dont you think it is strange that you are the only person on planet earth who thinks BW is superior to Payton??? As for 'is a FAR better blocker'...ha ha ha Westbrook has probably 30% the strength that Payton had. Plus Payton was much much much more durable...he was a machine...Westbrook is injury prone by comparison.

  • Payton maxed out on the bench at 390 pounds. Westbrook maxes out at 430. Stronger? Westbrook. Westbrook ran a 4.3 forty. Payton ran a 4.4. I dont know what else you can come up with man. The only thing that made payton famous was that he was the poster boy for the first real smash mouth football team. If Payton played in todays league he wouldnt last one season. He just isnt near the man that westbrook was.

  • i want to know where you found these statistics. right now.

  • @WRBROWNRULES How fast you are and how strong you are is one thing its instincts and the result that matters yeah westbrook is stronger and faster but if Payton gets to the endzone and wizard doesn't then what matters? What happens or what got them there? As long as its legal man.

  • And, the people westbrook plays against can hit a little bit harder. For example- when payton was in the league, mike singletary was known as the defensive beast. He was 6.0, 230 pounds. Who is the guy now? Brian urlacher is 6.4 258, Ray lewis is 6.1 250, Demeco Ryans is 6.1 245, Demarcus Ware is 6.4 260. So, westbrook is at a little bit of a disadvantage. Payton played in a worse era of football, and westbrook would light him the f*** up if they played in the same era

  • wrong again. new football rules have limited hitting in recent years and made for more protection on the offensive guys. payton played in an era of no-limits hitting. i'm a fan of both, but my nod goes to payton. payton was also more versatile: he played full games at rb, qb, wr, k, p, kr, pr, and even played a tiny bit of db when needed. speed and strength don't make it all. payton was also less injury-prone and missed only one game in his career of 13 seasons.

  • i'm a die-hard eagles fan, but payton was the best ever. and as for the hardest hitter? singletary tops all those you named. do you know how helmets typically crack? near the earholes. Singletary would crack them down the center. size doesn't make you a hard hitter at all, tenacity does. and payton's era had a huge crop of the extremely hard hitters and blue collar football players. if you knew about football and played it, you'd know that size doesn't make a difference in hitting.

  • Were you hit by singletary? Were you hit by urlacher? Were you hit by Ware? were you hit by Lewis? I know size doesnt necessarily matter, but it helps, and guys are always saying its the young guns that can hit the hardest, because people are getting bigger, stronger and faster. 100 years from now, a guy like westbrook wouldnt make the NFL

  • Wrong. limited hitting doesnt mean that you hit less hard. The guys are bigger, and practically throw westbrook, but he just gets back up and goes again. Speed and strength dont make it all, but what else do you want me to measure that we actually can? Vison? Sorry, i dont have an eyetest, or phone numbers of those two players. Westbrook plays at rb, was the eagles top reciever since he's been there, has been our most sucessful KR and PR, and has a 158.3 qb rating

  • walter payton had only ever missed missed one game due to injury and what he would do is DELIVER the hit and then get up and do it again. often times, the defender wouldn't be able to do that. and do you realize that walter payton was the first rb to do toss passes? oh and, by the way, payton is the leading receiver in chicago bears history. so yeah, i do want you to come up with more stuff because you've been wrong about damn near everything.

  • DIPSET BITCH

  • I'm a Die Hard Coyboys fan but Westbrook is by far the best all purpose back of all time hands down

  • Um every heard of Walter Payton?

  • i love both but i'm going to have to go with payton

  • hes deff the best running back to EVER come out of nova
