This research is very interesting and provides important information, but is not definitive. LeGrice and Pathak overreach in their certainty that XMRV has never infected humans and is unassociated with ME/CFIDS and Prostate Cancer. This is emblematic of the long tradition of bias by NIH against bona fide ME research.

This video is full of lies. XMRV/HGRV is real, unfortunately, and it causes real disease. I know because I suffer from M.E. caused by this retrovirus. Why is the government trying to cover this up?

This is ridiculous! Take a hypothesis, disregard that there is no evidence, just propose it and say it is true. And then get the government to put out a propaganda video hyping it!

This is blatant disregard for the truth. This is like saying "The sun moves across the sky, so it is possible that the sun is moving around the earth; therefore, we are certain that the sun is moving around the earth."

You don't know if the mice were used in the creation of the cell line. PreXMRV-1 has not been shown to exist, as the primers used were not XMRV specific. You have not looked PreXMRV -1 and 2 in wild mice. You don't know if your assay is sensitive enough. But more importantly, you found XMRV in the earlier xenografts.
