Buy a real laptop. A system that you actually OWN and not made by people that decide what's best for you and their pocket, a system to which you can actually replace the battery and other components.
I guess it's her fault - according to Apple you are supposed to buy new product every year - new MacBook, new iPhone etc. And she was cheap enough to not want to pay dollars for another MacBook but wanted to repair her old stuff.
how does that happen from normal use? surely that would happen under extreme heat if something expanded inside my Air is fine Lol , Thats why you buy apple care
dude...first, i have the same not closing problem with my acer laptop and it's ok.... but about the hill on the MBA, u should've maybe not used it right or u just accidently broke it or smthing, but this is the first time i see this problem... but, Macbook Air is still very cool and u should try hard to break it, but the only problem is it's thiness, it'as kinda too thin, but too light too :) and that's good, so...... i dunno but i'll get a Macbook Air soon in 1 and a half a month--5 months. :D
@AllSortVids You say "I'm hungry." like this. "Я голоден." To here how it sounds go to google and click "more". Then click "translate". Click "from" and click "english". Then, click "to" and click russian. Then, type in "I'm hungry." in the box. Then, click the speaker on the right and it will pronounce it for you.
@LITTLEJEWBALLZ Really? They told me the garantee runs out after 1 year, and now i have to pay around 200-300 euros to replace the accumulator (which made the huge hill on the keyboard) In which country is it with 5 years?
@vtaraskina In Europe if you purchased a product you can go to the store that originally sold it to you and replace the faulty item within 2 years of the date of purchase. It's called the European Sale of Goods act (it's not a guarantee). But there are conditions
-you bought it as a consumer not a company
-you bought it in the store in question.
So you can't go to Apple, you have to go to the store that sold you the faulty product.
Always better to read up than to post idiotic YouTube videos.

You probably over charged the battery. The battery is right underneath the keyboard. Sorry for being so obvious.

it's the battery. it expands over time. don't worry, it's not really your fault.

@vtaraskina Damn I feel sorry for you. Looks like the battery overheated. No AppleCare protection? Glad I never had the issue with my Air.
