@TheBrennanClark Thanks for the comment however, that video was shot after a 14 hour golf school in 98 degree heat index. We had just moved into the indoor studio for a short rest and I was asked a question and this was the video that was captured! Next time, I will consider removing the hat for the chance that a video maybe recording me looking silly.
I am sorry to say that this has got to be the worst golf instruction video ever made. Poorly made and poor explanation. I gather you were talking about swing plane but none of it made any sense at all.
