Stryker is my best character, next to Freddy Krueger. My favorite thing is when people online say "really? you're using Stryker? that mall cop?" and then most of the time I beat them because they got overconfident. Stryker is a good zoning character

Kabal's backstory with the Black Dragon remains intact. He left the Black Dragons and became a cop to get a clean start. This is covered in the Kabal chapter of the story

Seriously, Stryker was always my favorite non-ninja in the game and he kicks so much ass now. I love using him in MK. He's one of the few people with effective moves to kick Shao Kahn's ass: I don't have to wait on patterns to actually get a hit on the Final Boss, just fire away with bullets and toss some grenades! Not even the "Great Shao Kahn" can block those!
