@Digga765 It is partially metal and plastic. The plastic is hard plastic that cracks on hard crashes. The metal part are the two struts supported by two thick hard plastic support bars. It's heavy which makes this heli somewhat sluggish. Using something like the Super Skids 400 is lighter and just as strong.
@7RTFHELI Ya - most of these Helicopters are nothing more than "Gimmic Copters" their poorly made poorly designed and break very easily, NOT worth the money spent total Junk. you'll spend more time fixing the things than flying the junk !

And then down the helicopter flew over a mountain and I pulled the throttle all the way. And my canopy is going broke! And that's it why I want to convert the Lama helicopter to the 400D, because the canopy is made of plastic.
@Digga765 All of the lower end helicopters have plastic canopies.. It keeps the heli cost as low as possible. Converting to a brushless 400D will give the heli more power as the RPM levels are higher than the stock motors. Brushless motors are also very efficient and last virtually forever.
I have the Walkera Lama 400 ! And it is very easy to control ! But my brother is not standing next to me in the flight and he is running away ( my brother ) and the Helicopter flys after him automatic without my control ! can you explain me why it is so?
@Digga765 All 4 channel co-axial helis are easy to fly for the beginner. However, this is a large size co-axial heli. You might to consider getting a 2.4 Ghz E-SKY BIG Lama whcih is slightly smaller. You can also skip the whole co-axial heli and get a cross trainer heli like the Walkera CB180D. This is a single rotor 4-channel Fixed pitched (FP) heli.
@Digga765 Unfortunately, we have not. The helicopter chassis are the same. The outer parts or cosmetic changes attach to the airframe for the most part. We couldn't tell you which spare parts to get to make it a Walkera Lama 400D. You can check the spare parts list of both helis and compare. You can look at the user's manual in the user's manual/download webpage.
