We live near you and also have an outdoor theater. I also used PVC frame with painters tarp. Try wetting the tarp down and let dry in the sun and it will shrink to your frame. That took all my wrinkles out. We live less then a half an hour from you. Come check us out.

Inflatable screens weren't big enough. ha ha The PVC in total cost under $20.
