Here in Ottawa in the middle of winter a few years ago a bunch of puppies were found in a garbage dumpster by a security guard. There was a public outcry and there was homes found and money given. Happy Ending. Question is WHERE is the caring public the other 364 days? Think of the ones who dont make the news.
