The first time I saw these guys was at the Waterloo Busker's Festival in 1989, before anyone knew who they were. My now husband, a couple of other people and I were standing a few feet away, in the middle of King Street watching them perform "McDonald's Girl". They were so high energy and obviously so talented that soon they drew a large appreciative crowd. Who knew then they would become so famous? Memories... :)
