Are those LED lights from a trailer light kit? Looks pretty sweet. I like the car, but of course there are a few little loose ends to tie up (looks like you probably have by now). The only thing is I think FCs without the wing usually look pretty weird, and I couldn't stand mine without one so I bought a stock one to put on mine, yours looks pretty sweet though (although I'd still put a small wing on it). Sweet car though.
@mark002332 I got a friend with an 86' non turbo FC with 375,000 miles on it. It was a one owner car, and the original engine lasted until 289k. engine. His car had Koni's on it since 91', and the owner autoxed it almost it's whole life, but he took very good care of it and knew how to drive. If the previous owner always checked their oil and fluids and let the car warm up a little, and don't drive too rough (no redline clutch drops, grinding gears, slip/burn clutch) it'll be much better off.

@313stratus If you don't know how to work with rotary motors, ur gonna be in for an experience with the rx7 ,but everyone has to start somewhere. However Rx7s do hold their value much better than eclipses

I think he made them and did a hell of a job too. Ive seen ppl take those led trailer lights apart and remove the pcb with the leds and rewire and modify housings to accommodate them.

@namesPaul This is a 13B series engine, the RX-8 is a Renesis series engine. The Renisis utilizes peripheral ports, lighter rotors and is higher compression, all resulting in better fuel economy.
@SuperSinistAr would you say its hard to find that kind of engine? cause i love the rx7 but i dont want to have a rotary engine that kills gas too since im a cheap motherf*cker haha!
@namesPaul Finding a Renisis shouldn't be hard as the RX8 is still in production, but they aren't cheap by any means and very hard to retro-fit. Also if you read the reviews on the RX8 one of the biggest concerns with it was fuel consumption and low power. If you are looking to be cheap get the 89-90 RX7 non-turbo, cost about 3-4k and it likes low octane.
@namesPaul The best way to check if the engine is strong would be to have it compression tested, but always check the exhaust color/smell as that will indicate if the "o" rings are leaking. If the exhaust is thick white/sweet smelling or smells like oil the engine is on it's way out. As for the 2.5RS coupe, it depends if it will be your main car. RX7 IS NOT DEPENDABLE!!!!! I love the RX7 but it is purely a weekend car and needs constant maintenance. The Subie is a year round fun car

@ResidentG33k at about 0:09 look closely and there is one on one on the left side of the bumper where the grill is. That's a pretty common place to put it since you can still identify it while keeping a low profile.
