In my opinion, the reason it hasn't been aired in the US is because they can't find anyone awesome enough to do Kusuriuri's voice. :3

not true, I own 'Goblin Cat' DVD from the Samurai Horror Tales in which Kusuri first shown up and it's dubbed. Maybe it wasn't popular enough for anyone to licence the short series.

Mononoke is a very good anime, i'm pretty sure the ep.s are on youtube, there are only about 12 i think though, but each story takes up 3 ep.s all the stories are very creative and unexpected, but if you do not like horror or supernatural animes then you might not want to watch it.
