It isn't really the song i find odd, it's the title, mann mot mann can translate to "Man against Man", or it can also translate to "Man ON Man", and in that sense it could mean one thing, or something completely different/gross.

I know what "mot" means, but I'm positive that Kaizers intended this to be read in a Freudian manner. The video and, more importantly, the lyrics, is making it pretty clear that "mann mot mann" in this case would best be translated to "man on man". Like I wrote, it's about a brothel, that offers heterosexual or (for a slightly higher price) homosexual services.
