@Fatal31703 Installer is an APP from Cydia. The only way too get Cydia is too Jailbreak your Ipod. I just Jailbroke mine yesturday, I used greenpois0n RC4. Look up more information about it on youtube and Google.

Ive jailbroken my ipod like 3 times, once well to jailbreak it, a second time because installous stoped working and a 3rd time to show you guys this. there is no promise when i say this but if you restore it to one of you back ups and jailbreak it again it should work (thats what i did for the second time i jailbroke it.)
