• I lived probably a mile or maybe two from the collapse at the time and I remember numerous fire trucks, ambulances and police vehicles speeding down my street after it happened. I had never seen anything like it..It was horrible feeling. My lights flicked shortly before the news broke about the collapse and afterwards I put two and two together and figured out the power flash was probably caused by the collapse itself

  • Only if GPS system told you when a rusty fucked up bridge was going to collapse. "100 yards bridge going to collapse"

  • Tim Pawlenty's "Bridge to nowhere"

  • horrible

  • miss you mommy

  • Was your mom on the bridge when it collapsed?

  • bless her soul...sorry for ur loss

  • I live in anoka about 15 miles away and a coupple days latter we when to see how bad it was and there were still cars in the river!

  • At the time I lived not too far from the collapse and I can remember seeing at least 5 fire engines plus the hennipen county sheriff department going to the seen. I've never seen as many emergency vehicles responding to one scene in my life!

  • i waz there!!!

  • A bunch of us were at Lake Powell, Utah out on the water and we were listening and trying to figure out what happen.

  • he zoomed in on her ass

  • someone did not only not do his job, america need to leave iraq and concentrate on their country. Its a big shame to know that a bridge can collaspe in high and mighty america, this shows that there is noone or nation wiser or greater than God,pple take note

  • that has nothing to do with a zoomed in ass. reply at the bottom, and join the main thread.

  • I don't know what you said because I can't read very well, but if this is something bad that happened then I know its Bush's fault. Even if it happenned before he wuz born its hiz fault.

  • ht tp://ww w.youtube. com/watch?v=dDijTeJW6Ew

  • how about this someone did a good job checked everthing did the job as it was to be done yet the bridge still fell down simple as that.

  • bill739--

    well said my friend

  • Billions for a war based on lies but no money to maintain the safety of bridges. Keep contacting your elected members of congress and tell them you want cheney and bush impeached.

  • Quietly but systematically, the Bush Administration is advancing the plan to build a huge NAFTA Super Highway, four football-fields-wide, through the heart of the U.S. along Interstate 35, from the Mexican border at Laredo, Tex., to the Canadian border north of Duluth, Minn.

  • Okay, now how is this Bush's fault? Did Cheney bomb the bridge because he knew that the rescue workers would use fuel driving out there, flying out their with helicopters, and using boats to get the divers in the river so that they will buy more gas from Haliburton? If you liberals can blame this administration for your parking ticket last week, this should be easy.

  • Bush deliverered 6 billion CASH MONEY stacked on pallets to Iraq. Guess what? It dissappeared and there was no acounting for it. Yeah right. Either they are thiefs or dumbsh!ts. And there is no money to repair the infrestructure in the USA? That kind of thievery is turning the US into a giant Tijuanna.

  • I stubbed my toe and somehow I know George W. Bush and Dick Cheney had something to do with it. Haliburton wants me to stub my toe because you see they profit. They are always profitting off of people stubbing their toes. Not only that, but a light bulb burned out in my apartment. Don't you see?!?! Bush & Cheney did that!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

  • I'll admit that Bush and Cheney are corrupt as hell and have had so many scandles and Fu@k up's that it's near impossible to keep track. In fact one of their main tactics has been to distract people with the newest scandle before any outrage can take hold in the public ofver the last. (Remember crook and #1 Bush donator Ken Lay's close door consulting energy policy back in year 1) But I don't think he had anything to do with your stubbed toe.

  • This just doesn't happen in the USA. Only in the movies. A lot of question has to be answered. This might cause many lawsuits. I hope the survivors will not suffer too much Post Traumatic Stress Sydrome.

  • Anyone else notice the close up of that lesbian's butt at around 2:30?

    Tragic event though...

  • I had a dream about this 2 nights ago, the identical fucking situation

  • Why does someone always say that AFTER the event?

  • a bridge just doesn't collapse. someone did not do what they were suppose to do and it has costed many lives.

  • It had to be a CONSPIRACY! If liberals can blame the Bush Administration for the parking ticket you got last week, somehow Haliburton and Cheney are connected.

  • A conspiracy? More like corrupt and incompentent government at all levels allowing the national infrastructure to crumble. Two weeks ago it was a water line in NYC. Last winter it was not having the support availible to help the Kansas tornado victems. Before that the crumbling levies in New Orleans etc. Sh!t happens yes, but stupid sh!t like this shouldn't happen. Governments job isn't to fight about Terry Shivo or gay marriage. Its to fix the damn bridges.

  • According to the liberal nuts, the levies were bombed in New Orleans by the Bush Administration hates Black people.

  • You are extremely ignorant. Don't you know that everything bad thing that happens in this universe, no matter how big or small, all has to do with a U.S. government conspiracy involving the BIG CORPORATION men in the White House somehow profitting off of it? Dick Cheney wanted you to get that common house fly bite because he wants you to scratch it, get an infection, go to the doctor, get a prescription that will lead to higher profits for the BIG DRUG companies.

  • i TOTALLY agree w/ you! they are responsible for everything that goes wrong. tough shit. they're the govt..it's their responsibility to protect their country..it's why they sit in the fancy white house. don't like it...don't wanna do ur job...then don't get mad when peo accuse u. simple as that!

  • Supuandu-

This has nothing to do with the White House or the federal government for that matter. It has to do with state and local governments which is where the money for railway, roadway and waterway (aka bridges, tunnels etc) repair comes from. If you want money spent on those things, go to your city council meetings and vote, moron.

  • hey MORON yourself! don't come on here name calling people. i voiced my opinion. if u don't agree, no one gives a fuck bitch!

  • We didn't see the first plane hit the WTC because Dick Cheney was flying the plane, ejected before the plane hit the building, with his bluetooth headset called Bush yelling "Yeeeeeeeeeeha!!!!!!! We can finally invade Iraq and get their oil for Halliburton!!!!!!" while shooting wildly in the air with six shooters in both hands.

  • If a Highway bridge collapses and nobody knows why!! you dont all crowd together with hundreds of others on the very next bridge over! what if that one collapses!

  • Actually, this was predicted to happen. In your search engine type: New Order Barbarians bridge.

Look for the transcript of the tape by Dr Richard Day. This type of breaking bridges and buildings was predicted by him in 1969.

  • "Things will fall on top of other things."

    How USEFUL!

  • I remember yesterday when the bridge collapsed,my ant called my mom (sence my mom worked in mn. she thought that my mom was on the bridge). My mom does not go that way. We all watched the news for about 23 min until I had hockey.

  • The American infrastructure is crumbling. It should be mentioned that the Republican governor in Minnesota, Tim Polenti(in league The Heartland Institute and Taxpayers League of Minnesota), lobbied against tax-increases that would go to fund roadworks. He vetoed an emergency capital-incentives bill.

This is why you pay taxes. Pay taxes.

  • You're invited to watch my vlog about the Bridge Collapse in Minneapolis rt. 35

(I also have 1,100 other videos to choose from)

    See ya there,

    MysteryBot

  • Can we keep the words "who" when we ask what caused this. And rather say what? Just because something bad happens in America doesn't make it terrorism. Believe it or not people, as patriotic as I want to be, America's structures are not perfect. The Twin Towers was a terrorist action, this, very doubtedly so. A sorrily built bridge that couldn't stand up to the burden it had been giving. Let's not cry terrorism or Bush everytime it sprinkles, mkay?

  • Now can I say compassionatly people and loving as I can. Please don't forget this moment people and don't ever put this in the back of your mind. Even though some people will be like just focus on the positive, which is crazy we always need to remember that were never guaranteed tomorrow. Tragedy's happen and can happen happen anyday. And then where do we go? Please if you want to know go to needgod dot com thank-you and God bless to all.

  • Man this is bad ...

  • who might have caused this collapse?????

  • Let Civil Engineer find out what is the problem...

  • ... I hope the families got their beloved ones , and I hope a rest in peice for the one's who didn't make it to survive ...

  • By the time I got there all that was closed and people were going up that apartment balcony. Amazingly sad.

  • ROM, what apartment balcony are you speaking of? You must mean 7 Corners Apartments. There and the Holiday Inn Metrodome were the best places to see this tragedy. There and the adjacent bridge to the East if one is driving South on 35W. That would be 19th Ave. or the Cedar Ave. Bridge as it is officially known.

  • Yeah, I thought about going up into the Holiday in but then I found my way to the Guthries 9th floor which worked out well for me.. I'll post when i wake up..

  • Thank you! I have no TV, and this is great news relay to New York.

  • It's crazy, like a worse case scenario. Rush hour traffic and all.
