Looks like capo in the fourth (conventionally tuned before hand) it should be a C walk down to an Am, but he's actually playing the Em. It sounds better musically to use the C, walk down to Am, just hit the root note for G before you go to the F, and then the whole G chord. That is the verse portion, I don't have enough space on here to type the description to the rest lol. Hell of a voice dude.
