if there is heavy object in the end of cabel and it gets dropped, etc, of course, it will pull the cable behind the same speed, but in this situation load is rhino which is not that heavy, and would probably not even a move when the cable snaps, it does not pull the cable whit it, or if it moves, it does not move wery far or high speed.
