I just wanted to tell you that the pictures correspond with the music better than any of the professionally produced, original Antlers videos do. The main advantage here is that the pictures add to the music without overpowering it with a story. The pictures are merely evocative. It's a good idea that's well thought out and was executed flawlessly. Simplicity is a good thing with such powerful music.

Can someone explain the scene in Chuck? Because this album is beautifully depressing and I first heard it when a friends mother was in a hospice, and after I lost another relative to cancer and a tv series doesn't seem 100% capable of living up to the concept of this album.

@hbtymf basicaly, in the show chuck loves sarah and someone called shaw comes to avenge the death of his wife and plans to kill sarah. Chuck is a very moral person who would never kill anyone and it has very sucsessfuly been shown over four seasons that this is the case with him not shooting even at anyone. however as shaw is about to kill sarah so chuck, unable to do anything else shoots shaw and it is so out of his character that this music fits the scene well. Hope that helps describe it.

This is a really fucking good video for this song.
