@littlemisscowgirl08 omg same here my mom dont care 4 em! she gets scared if they walk up 2 her and shes lettin me do barrels and its a miracle she lets me ride bareback sometimes! and she has to look away when i run barrels cuz shes scared i'll fall lol

I'm not a barrel racer but I am interested in the cue that I just can't see.

At the beginning of each run the horse is faced away and then turned and at that point it just takes off! I can't see any obvious leg cue. What am I missing? How is it done? I want my horse to move off like that!

it should be natural for your horse to pick up the right lead when you spin around and take off right away. using outside leg bumping into them will help too.
