Yamaha Warrior sound

I rode this bike at a yamaha demo ride. Rode in the demo ride with 8 other bikers on demo bikes. We went down the freeway ramp, merging at 80 mph. I was scared shitless.

All these strangers around me. We got back to the demo area, I had never opened the

throttle up past a quarter. I got off the bike and kissed the ground. Nice bike. It had the

big upturned muffler. It didn't sound neary as good as this one. Thanks for posting.

Man, what's with all the harley riders comments. I've got this same Warrior with the Big Shot exhaust. It's a 1670cc (102ci) push rod, air cooled V twin. It sounds awesome! ! Who says were trying to sound like a harley. It sounds like what it sounds like. Top speed...220kph!

you do know Indian was the first bike to have 'that sound', so if anyone is copying anyone, it's indian.

@zolidus00 The Warrior specs are impressive, but the sound doesn't do it for me. You can make a Jap bike sound as loud as you want, but it will never have the erratic idle of a Harley. To me, it sounds like a lawn mower without a muffler. Ride safe.

The only thing it would beat me in is a fag contest...that the wide-glide would win hands down. Unfortunately Harley has that category on lock....
