@TheMonkeyfartsfriend yes, I sent it all theway to the end. yet I distanced it about 2 inches from the end so that I could still glue it.

i made one also but its not as big as yours and in final fantasy 7 i dont remember the guard being that big u made the guard too tall and the blade should be longerand mine has the 3 slots in it btw

I had to improvise with the hilt. I wasn't able to make it the exact right size, and BTW the Buster sword only has two slots. The three slots is from a replica made out of wood that sells online for cosplayers.

my main question is how did you get the hilt er handle to stay?

did you fill it with anything?

what did you use to keep the cardboard together, gorilla glue or some sort of strong glue like that? or something like emlers x3
