part 2. they got a gig one night and played a few sets. I remember the crowd liking them! I hung out with them for the duration of their stay in NY and I can tell you from the bottom of my heart they were all kind and hard working dudes that didn't do drugs. Tyrone talked me into turning myself in to the Canadian cops and go straight. I personally owe that man and all of them maybe my life!! Just in case anyone cares..... i wish I could find Tyrone and thank him personally. MIKE~

Here is a true story nobody knows..... I was a 16 year old kid in Manhatten running from the law in Canada. I had been there almost a year and met these guys in the hotel I was living in. We became instant friends and although I was young at age I had made some interesting friends. I introduced them to a guy that got me hooked on coke and managed a club called Nirvana located in 1 time square. They had live rock'n'roll 7 days a week... continued.

In retrospect, this was and is a killer tune. Very catchy. When it was released (1986) though, they were pretty much laughed at with their "flashy" outfits and silly nicknames like "Case Roberts". But they definitely had some great songs.

This band hailed from Turku in 1976 with varying line-ups members using tongue in cheek nicknames like Tyrone Tougher vc, Jon Steeler gtr,Case Roberts keys,Buddy McSchulz bs,Jimmy Hammer dr which was the best known line-up.They did three albums Bloodhounds,Steel Warrior and Too...1982,84,87. At least Too Hot to Rock has been released in CD format.
