Good Luck!!! I did buy the book but didn't finished reading. Although, my trainer and I got a nutrition guide which is similar to the 17 days diet. But I do want to do the cycles on that book. I like the way is put out.

I always smile when I see your smiling perdy face, Alipoo <3 - How are you DOING, otherwise? Sounds a lot like phase 2 of hCG, the same principles of lean protein and veggies, low fruit intake, etc. But mine is combined with VLCD, not unlimited hehe.
