Her PR people in no way trivialized strokes. She had a migraine and migraines can sometimes be caused by a Transient Ischemic Attack which is hard to diagnose pre and post attack because the symptoms are identical to those of migraine and cluster headaches. The only thing said, in regards to stroke in this situation, was that she didn't know that a bad headache could be a sign of TSA which was why she didn't seek medical attention beyond the on site medic attending to her.
