@StoreWar1 Not really...considering the SHEER DIFFERENCE in power. The difference between Gurren Lagann and GaoGaiGar, is the same as the difference between Metroid and Halo. In GaoGaiGar and Halo, every single fictional machine/weapon (Dividing Driver, Eraser Head, Spartan Laser, Plasma Grenade, etc.) is described sufficiently (What it is, what it does, how it does it. Or, in GGG's case, what combines with what, what activates what and how it does it) In Gurren Lagann and Metroid...not so much.
@omnimon2230 Although...I wonder if the Dividing Driver technology would have made a difference, when Team Dai-Gurren was trapped in the sea made by the Anti-Spiral's Death Spiral Machine, considering how it was used when GaoGaiGar had to travel deep into the ocean to save Mamoru and Hana.
