This was a record that was given out at mcDonalds back in 1989 when I was in 5th grade. If it finished the menu when it was everyone else's turn to try, you won a million dollars. It was awesome. I never forgot it. Awesome ad campaign.

As these people were recording this song they were probably advised to flub it a few times just to gaurantee that some people didn't have the winning version.

You have to figure that they're all professional singers who practiced this song for a few days to gaurantee that they COULD get it right. They were probably told to drop out at the end if they felt themselves about to flub it.

That's the great thing about unison choirs. If you forget the words, stop singing and nobody will notice.

This is from a record. I bought a paper record from a used record store for 1 dollar in my town that had a mcdonalds emblem on it and said you could win a million dollars just like this song does. on the back of the record it was dated 1988 and the contest ended sometime in 1989. Also the record I own was not a winner.
