  • watch ur balance, if i push with one finger against your chest, you fall backwards. Look at your toes go upwards, ur balance points needs to be more in front. I can know this cause ive played volleybal for several years on a professional level, we always got a comment on this. If your weight is more in front, your leg muscles will grow stronger
