that looks like west lethbridge. that is a lame place for parkour. venture downtown and you will find great spots, or atleast hit the uni campus, ther are great vaults on the university roof its easy to get on just go at night and watch out for security

parkour isnt just about flips, its about finding the fastest route to get to a place.

flips come in later for show.

yeah that was a really small picic table, but that was when we were just learning, we now have some footage of me goin over a waist high table the long way and my friend kashing the same table. and by the way height and age don't matter in parkour its how much you train

i would reccomend trying to do a palm spin on that bench :)

those aren't all of our vaults, just all of the ones in that location at safeway during our lunch break. We also did a palm spin on the table, just didn't get it on film, my batteries dies:(
