I watched your video an hour ago. I had a message on my computer with Norton saying I had a trojan balmeter16.dll and they said they could not remove it. I did want to have to reinstall my operation system. I watched your video and goggled it. All I can say is "Thank-You So Much!" It found that not only bug, but a total of 12 not one as stated by Norton. * of them were trojans. The software was free and easy to use. I highly recommend it! It quarantined them and deleted them all. Thanks!:)
