I am a huge fan of Emeril Lagasse! I miss his show "Emeril Live," which used to come on the Food Network. If I had the money, I would buy all his signature ware (from pots & pans to aprons & spices). I would even travel to go eat at one of his restaurants. He has ALWAYS been my most favorite celebrity chef! Rachael Ray, Paula Deen, Bobby Flay, and Sandra Lee don't have sh*t on him!
