If your torn - look down the road 4 years - the LP will have a candidate again, while Nader likely wont be running again - Why does this matter? - because if the LP can get 5% of the vote in any given state this time around - they wont have to spend all their time and energy just getting on the ballots in 2012, and can instead concentrate on really shaking the status quo.
