Do you need to know css / html to finish creating a Joomla template with Artisteer 3?
Also, if I am building a site in Community Builder do I need to have the template done first? In other words, does the template create parameters that sets limits on the underlying CB / Joomla site, or can you still customize the CB / Joomla freely underneath of the template skin, or even add the skin later?
No you don't need to know css/html to finish it, only if you want to make further changes outside of Artisteer it would help. No, the template doesn't set limits. Yes, you can still customize things in CB and Joomla. Joomla's functional core and template layer are independent. Example: Joomla is like the core of your body - torso, two arms and two legs, head ect. and the template is like your clothes. Changing your clothes doesn't change your core. Good question by the way.
