I am glad you enjoyed the vid and that you are investing in yourself. Allopathic medicine great for traumatic emergency treatment, but for prevention of disease and propagation of lasting health, it has proven itself rather limited. Good luck on your journey and keep me informed about your progress and if you come across any good info and recipes. Thanks.
Thank you for the good vibes. The best advise I can give you is to take your time and make the transition in your own pace. Keep educating yourself and become responsible for your own health and happiness.
I had the very same response from an occupational doctor. He remarked at my excellent health at almost forty years old. When I told him what I was doing with my life, he said genetics had more to do with my health than diet. Genetics loads the gun, but lifestyle pulls the trigger. I encourage you to go on and teach as many as you can about Raw Food. If one can pass on anything in life, would it not be health and love? A Jamaican proverb says "Each one, teach one".
hi Rawlee. good video and agree with your "lifestyle pulls the trigger" analogy. i started eating raw 4 weeks ago and iam already noticing how better i feel. iam 48. iam more even-keeled all day, bedtime-based worries are almost gone. i feel like i entered a small group of people who know what health is without the noise, drugs or doctors. ,
Hello flpete. Congratulations on finding your raw path. If you need any help or have any questions, please feel free to ask and I will assist as much as I can. Rawlee
I understand what you mean about the healthcare industry/media pushing all their "fixes". My ob/gyn just yesterday asked if I was on any prescriptions and it seemed like he didn't believe me because he asked me 3 times! I told him about my raw food diet and exercise - he didn't respond (his loss) I intend to be a raw food teacher too. I will follow along with you. I need to get a webcam!
Cool accent.

I'm a new raw-foodist and it's unquestionable.
