Im going to get this in a sunburst colour with a rosewood fretboard. Looks like the strat Dave Murray of Iron Maiden uses these days. Looks and sounds great. Cant wait to get my hands on this!!!

I just bought one of these also with the maple neck.

I like some of the new tones with the S1 pushed in.

Im very happy with it and very nice feel on the neck.

How do the N3 pickups compare the the SCN's? I have SCN's in one of my Strats and although they are loud and cut through the mix well, they are kind of flat sounding.

Sounds real nice!!! I have a deluxe but found the High E sounding to thin, I had bone nut put on and it seemed to solve the issues. Can you tell me if you are using the stock 9's or did you swap them out with 10's for strings and is that in Single Bridge coil mode or parallel mode.  thanks
