Honestly, I don't like this episode because it seems they tried to make a big rescue mission out of something too simple. I mean, come on. Seriously, that puddle was not that deep. It's not like Alfie would have sunk through the mud and gotten buried alive. Had he tried, he probably could have rolled out of the mud himself, and Byron certainly was not needed. Had Byron's trench gotten flooded and Alfie had fallen into it, THAT would have been an awesome watch.
@TheUnluckyTug02 I agree with you about this episode. The rescue was nothing but a joke to me. This proves just how bad the writing for the show is now. It seems as though the newer and newer series (seasons) have terrible writing and this episode further proves why I have some issues with the newer episodes.
@qothomas I don't know why they called it that either, but that title has got to be one of the most misleading Thomas and Friends titles in the history of the show. Another episode that is a clear example of that is, 'Fergus Breaks The Rules', and I'm sure you'll agree with me on that episode especially how the title misleads the viewer as well as this one does.
Why do I get the feeling this is similar to Bob the Builder? Byron is Muck, Jack is Scoop, Kelly is Lofty, Buster is Roley need I say more, it is unlikely Byron would sink he has caterpillar tracks like terence, I think Thumper should join the pack
I must say, this is a very cool pack episode. Especially since Byron is the main star. Byron, oliver 2, buster, and nelson are my favorite pack members, but byron is in my opinon the coolest pack member.
