I've never liked NORE. I've never like CNN. I've always thought Capone & Noreaga were weak lyricists (especially rhyme wise). Nas was right, though. And the southern artists took that and made it even worse. Nore is a huge part of the reason why hiphop is hurting now, along with many other NY cats who got wack over the years.
