@017981071 looks like at 1:39, he's wrapped looped velcro around it and then used two hooked bits of velrco to hold it down. I was wondering the same and have ordered some black sew on velcro 50mm x 1M

@artichokedanny I would need to do a little more than that for a 0 set up. But I actually have an Eo on there now. But I'm not really going for a specific gun impression. Never really do. I usually just go for gear impressions and then tailor my gun to what works for me.

@specialopsm4 just some advice from a military man, that carabiner that you have for 9 dollars, if you plan on using it for helicopter in-fil/ ex-fil may not support the wieght of a person so just double check that to make sure you stay safe. Other than that nice video

@JTFPrototype The biner is a climbing carabiner with safety lock. It's not a cheezy little "Do not use for climbing" carabiner. I believe it said it was safety rated to 24 kN. Which is about 5300 pounds standard weight. Not sure about static but I'm confident that if it can hold a falling climber, that it can hold me if I fall 34 inches (length of my retention lanyard extended) out of the helo. You don't always have to spend a bunch of money to get good quality. Thanks for the comment.

@m4airborne2 Sorry. I'm not taking loadouts by request. I like to take time and replicate the gear in my impressions perfectly and that takes way too much money and time to just do for any kit. I chose them very carefully based upon what I want to run. Officially stating in this comment though that my new loadout I am working on is a 2011 CAG/ACE Operator impression. And I believe I am the only one on YT who's doing that. Correctly at least. Thanks everyone! About 3 months from completion!

I like to run my pistol mounted on my chest like on a plate carrier. Do you have any recommendations on good plate carriers that would have enough room to do that, but not condor brand?

@MegaJdog7 Any plate carrier that you can stick a plate in really. Which is anything. You need to have the plate carrier be rigid enough so it won't sag with the weight of a pistol up top. Id suggest a LBT 6094, EI CIRAS, MBSS maybe, EI EPC, Mayflower APC, or anything on SKDtac. Love that website. Good gear and good prices. Hope that helps. Also just do some research on GEARSOC. That should give you some good ideas.

SM4 dont get a ballistic helmet ,waste of money reason being cause if it comes down to looks theyre the same,when it comes down to protection for airsoft then yeah theyre just plasic pellets,when it comes down to authenticity youre in the right lane.Believe it or not Delta teams used carbon-type made helmets because theyre mission were "FAST" (Battle of Mogadishu) because thyre were suposed to go in and come back out quick the job for the helmet was to stop scratches ,minor to intermidate injury

@Ascenscion123 The only reason I truly want the ballistic is because of looks and authenticity. The loadout I'm going for uses both the FAST ballistic and Crye AirFrame. Personally I think the AirFrame is gross. And I already have the Carbon. But for a few hundred dollars more I can have that last 3% to replicate the real thing. In the end it's whether my wallet hates me a little or a lot. So we'll see whether or not I can swing it. Maybe, maybe not. That's one of the final things to come.

How do are you going to do your radio set up if (according to your last gun closet update) you use a motorola one pin style radio? I looked up the PTT2000 or U94 ppt as you said it and i couldnt find anything but the two pin mbitr plug. And will you be running two ptt s and radios if you have the dual com set up?

@NHairsofter V-Lites serve a different purpose than the MS2000. They're for close range, more or less squad level IFF. The MS2000 is for marking friendlies for air assets, mostly. However, a comparable S&S product exists, the Manta strobe. Those are pretty pricey though.
