Sick of small findings & the need 4 more tests. Did u ever a get a firm diagnosis? Are you pain free now or does it still come back? Does the diet really help that much? Thank you. Take care.

I'm currently pain free. I never got a firm diagnosis, but I found the less stressed I was, the more active I was the less the pain hit me. Once I got a steady job, income and dealt with some of my loan companies, the pain back off until I forgot I was ever in pain.
I wish you luck with your pain. Just because my was psychosomatic, doesn't mean yours is. Be careful.
The render you unconscious for the whole process, but you do remember the room and the position they put you in. They give you a numbing agent to numb your throat (tastes awful, but gets the job done,) and you count backwards from 100, by the time you get to 98, you're already in recovery.
You may have a scratchy throat or upset stomach, but nothing by the next day.

I have to have this done in two weeks. Did you remember anything about the procedure or did the drugs work well?

I know how you feel, i have to have another endoscopy in a month...They have no idea whats wrong except that it is just a bezor.

What are your symptoms? I've had an Upper Gi barium swallow, Ultrasound, and now to Endoscopy.

Upper GI pain (around my gallbladder mostly,) bathroom issues (of the #2 type,) and exhaustion mostly.
I hope they find something with you :( They found nothing with me, so I just waited out my pain.
