I saw him on Broadway... Very sweet guy. He comes out f the stage door with a giant overflowing bucket of makeup (it was closing night) and says " hey guys, lemme just put this in my car first"... He was the only actor with his own personal chauffeur. Only now am I realizing that hey, he's actually kinda super famous! He's great..

Crudup is a terrific. "Almost Famous" is one of my favorite films of all-time and he's perfect in it as Russell. "To begin with - everything."

i also was very lucky and saw him 'bout 7 years ago on broadway in "The Pillowman." spectacular play! i believe he was up for a Tony award for his peformance. i remember thinking he should've won...
