actually no, its not banned but doing anything to stall the game is banned. so if youre going to infinite you have to try to finish him off at some point or another or a moderator will come over and punish you

can anybody tell me why pros tend to stall a match when the stage changes to the 'rock' setting? maybe its cuz i'm a noob, but i LOVE to fight up againsts walls. can anybody explain the stalling please?

watch 1:40-1:48 and 3:00-3:16. If you make a mistake it's very easy to get KO'd or combo'd for a lot of dmg
