@Kroeme Dude, indicas are for pain and yeah indica/sativa hybrids are what most is out there but a sativa or sativa dominant strain will do hardly anything for your pain although they will usually make you more creative and can induce a little paranoia and can make you feel a little edgy or racy if you are used to strong sativas.

We had many disabled patients who could work in short bursts. Our volunteer program matched the person with the position. Some can sit at a table and trim and cultivate marijuana. Some people can be put to work making edibles in the kitchen. Those that can lift heavy items and can stand and walk for long periods of time can work in the garden.

Some of these disabled persons we eventually hired on full-time and they were able to get off disability, make a living wage and health insurance.

I tell people to think of it as front brain vs. back brain. The stuff that tickles the front of your brain helps you focus and think alot. The stuff that tickles the back of your brain feels like it affects the parts of you that dreams.

You are correct in seeking indica dominant strains, but it's important to remember that strains come and go, and sometimes very quickly. It may even increase anxiety and insomnia by being under the false belief that there is is some magic strain that will give total relief. 

It has been helpful to many to mix up their indica's with an occasional dose of sativa in the late morning or afternoon, then totally unwinding later with some mostly-indica and a hot bath or jacuzzi before bed.

grocks i dont think you know what your talking about... ha. pystol is right. Indicas give you a body high and sativas give you a head high. Satvias make you way more energetic, its a totally different high from an indica. Smoking a cross breed ( which most plants are ) will of course give you a different high. in general this is true but there are some exceptions. Occasionally a really good indica will give you a nice head high and a less heavy body high, however i've never smoked a sativa that gave a body high.
