  • What were the styles in order? I don't know any Chinese martial arts in person, but here's my assumptions: 1) Baji Quan; 3) Shaolin Quan; 5) Tai Chi (longsword); 6) Tai Chi (empty-handed).

  • Interesting Demo. I would be interested in knowing if the Chen Tai you did is Chen Fa Ke's line or other?

Also, where are you in Taiwan. I visit every year and would love to stop by and pay my respects. Thank you for sharing.

    Ahdoga in USA (for now)

  • Hi, that's a interesting Chen form, from whom did you learn from, may i ask? I hope i'm not being rude, Master Hwang.

  • Hi. This taiji clip must be one of my favorite ones of all time!! Excellent performance from your students also. excellent performance from your students. I have a question (and sorry for my ignorance) but do you have a school in the states? I'm just curious.

    peace

  • No, I never taught outside of Taiwan.

  • Hi! great clip!! .. do you know another form that starts the same as the da baji quan?? cause i know a form thats starts the same up until the block and under palm bit. but not sure if its similar. and should this jus be called shaolin or is there a more precise name? oh and sorry! but one more question da baji quan? wats baji mean? i cant get my canto around that mando! hahaha THANKS!!

  • Sorry! Don't understand your first question quite well.

But I can reply that "Shao-Lin" is my answer to above question only for LoHanQuan, not for all.

For me, Baji is just a given name. You can find many explanations or descriptions in internet.

  • Hi,

Great clip. What line does your LoHan come from?

  • North Shao-Lin from my first teacher Master Yin, Chian-Ho (尹千合)

  • 拳打的真好!

  • As you wish:

    1 - DaBajiQuan

    2 - MiTzonQuan Form II

    3 - LoHanQuan

    4 - MiTzonDao (blade)

    5 - KunWuJian (sword)

    6 - Chen's TaijiQuan

    Hope these informations be helpful.

  • Sifu, this is very helpful. Thank you very much for putting up these informative videos.

  • Would it be possible to list the forms in this video? Is the second form mi-tsung 1?
