God that looks painful. I did something similar to the bottom of my foot a few years ago. I had stayed the night round my m8's house and his mum asked me to carry a box out to her car.

I had just got up, so i went outside barefooted. I trod on a piece of glass that was partially covered by mud. Lost so much blood and had to have an operation.

Not really, when it first happened I didnt even notice. I just kept doing what I was doing and I felt a little stinging like a scratch and when I looked down, I saw something white and still wasn't sure. A year later now, a parts of my foot still have no feeling.

Wow, your brave. I actually had something similiar happen to me just a few days ago.

I was behind my house and I put my foot through a broken glass window and cut down to my bone near my ankle. There we this weird white thing I saw when I looked at my leg at the hospital when I was getting stitches and maybee that was what it was? Anyway, I hope the best for you.
