  • the very beggining is messed up or you just changed it?

  • isn't it Jesus joy of man's desire?

  • Thanks so much for viewing:) I've checked again on-line at Wikipedia and "desiring" appears to be corrcct. Warmest Wishes - Denise

  • Ohh, nice! Love the way you play it with the organ sound.

  • Holy shit! You have so many items on your desktop!

  • i think you could do better but really god :)

  • ミスタッチ有り!

  • Beautiful performance Denise. Have you try the Myra Hess piano version of this cantata? Its great.

  • Thanks for the suggestion! I''ll need to check out the Myra Hess Piano Version which I've not encountered before:) Denise

  • Are you able to play this piece using organ?

  • I've never played this piece on a real old pipe organ, although I believe that it would sound fantastic, especially with the pedal keyboard as well for stronger bass line:) Best Wishes - Denise

  • could you give me the sheet please? Myra Hess Piano Version

    thanks a lot..

    i really love this piece,

  • aww how very sweet of you. Well I must admit I can't find it, however I will get a copy of the cantata myself from someone. I actually require it for a service I am attending on behalf of the city of Dundee in Scotland and I could do with finding a good scrip of it for the organist. I am sure I will find a copy though. I must admit we will need to try and get you on a pipe organ.

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew

  • Hi Andrew - I've sent you a message with the imslp link for the complete Cantata 147 - "Herz und Mund und Tat und Leben" - which includes the CHORALE Theme - Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring:) Best Wishes - Denise

  • HI again Denise it is Lord Braxfield from Britain here, I must admit that was a fabulous performance. By the way that site that you sent the link ofr the Gigue Fugue, how do I access other scores, do you happen to have the web page and I will try and work with that as I could do with some more Bach pieces. I would greatly appreciate it, and you must keep up the wonderful performances.

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew

  • Hi Andrew - Thanks so much for viewing and for your wonderful comments which really motivate me! I suggest imslp dot org for scores. Again thanks so much - I think I've already fallen in love with you :)

    Warm Loving Regards

    Denise

  • Hi Denise. Thank you for posting (and playing) this wonderful piece. As good as this sounds on your keyboard, I'll bet you could do fantastic things with a pipe organ. If you have one available to you, I hope you will take the opportunity to try it out. Don't forget your camcorder!

  • Thanks so much for your kind words and for viewing my videos:) Best Wishes - Denise
