Upon rewatching this vid, I noticed that there is no footage of any of the levels that came after the Turbo Tunnel stage. I suspect that no one on navgtr's staff was able to get past that level, even with the cheat.

I think it's funny that he describes Goldeneye on secret agent & 00 agent as "impossible," yet doesn't think this one is.

(for the record I've beaten both this and goldeneye on all difficulty levels, and without using the code in this game)

@willygreen35 That doesn't make it suck that means it requires devotion. If you like the game you will play until you are able to win. Just because most people lack the skill upon undertaking this to beat it without heavy practice doesn't make it bad. If that was the case contra would be bad and it's not. I beat that one too. This game is a big improvement over the nes incarnation in my opinion because it's just all action and challenge. There are no easy levels to help even things out.
