@basicthugonomics89 Because of the PG tv thing, chair shots to the head are now not allowed. Either is blading. Wrestlers doing so, are fined. But HHH and Taker don't give a fuck about PG shit, they just want to have a good match. If you'll notice, 99% of chair shots are now to the back or legs.

@basicthugonomics89 While no chair shots to the head does play into the pg style of things the rules were put into place more to protect the wrestlers well being. Getting hit in the head with steel chairs on a weekly basis (House shows too probably) were causing a lot of weakening and injury to wrestlers head and necks over the course of time. Fines were put in to enforce the rules.
