Got it to work on the Ipod touch 2g was having errors at first restoring, kept getting put into recovery so i used the recovery mode loop fixer and got out of it, was also having 16xx errors on itunes . What I did to fix it was when I put it in DFU mode I ran iReb twice even though my ipod was already in a pwned state and then restored which seemed to do the trick. The wallpapers didn't work at first but a reboot fixed that. So far seems to be working fine.

If you are getting iTunes errors make sure you are not redirecting apples server manually or with TinyUmbrella also putting your iDevice in to a pwned DFU state helps like i show in the video.
